Contractors, engineers and INDOT personnel work together in this initiative that aims to improve trust, communication, collaboration and service to Hoosier taxpayers as we deliver the best roads possible.

Work IN Roads is a collaborative initiative between industry federal, state and local agencies and organizations aiming to inform Hoosiers about the broad career paths available in the road construction industry.

For nearly 40 years, Build Indiana Council has worked to secure and protect dedicated, sustainable and transformative funding to strengthen Indiana’s transportation infrastructure, promote its critical role in growing our economy and improve the livability of our communities.
